Booking and Reservation Policies

Q: What are your booking policies?

A: Bookings are confirmed with a 50% deposit, with the balance due before check-in. We recommend booking early to secure your dates as our stays are quite popular!

Q: Can I modify my booking?

A: Unfortunately, our booking dates are non-flexible. This helps us ensure availability for all guests. Please book when you’re sure of your travel plans.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: We have a strict no-refund policy once a booking is confirmed. For peace of mind, we highly recommend travel insurance.

Q: Can I get a refund if I check out early?

A: Refunds for early check-outs or unused nights aren’t available. We’re confident you’ll love every moment of your stay!

Check-In and Check-Out

Q: What time is check-in and check-out?

A: Check-in is after 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. This allows us to clean thoroughly and prepare for our next guests.

Q: Can I request an early check-in or late check-out?

A: For a small fee of $95 AUD, you can check in as early as 12:30 PM or check out as late as 12:00 PM (subject to availability). Please reach out to us ahead of time to check.

Q: How do I access the property?

A: We use a keyless entry system or lockbox for self-check-in. You’ll receive an access code 24 hours before arrival.

During Your Stay

Q: Are linens and towels provided?

A: Yes! We provide fresh linens and one plush towel per guest. If you need more, feel free to bring extra towels or linens from home.

Q: Can I have guests over during my stay?

A: To keep things cozy for everyone, only registered guests listed on your reservation are permitted. Thank you for understanding!

Q: What if I’m bringing an infant?

A: You are welcome to bring an infant, though our property isn’t specifically baby-proofed. Please assess the space for your family’s needs. A travel cot is available upon request for an additional set up fee of $50. Please notify us in your booking.

Q: Is there Wi-Fi?

A: Yes, we provide complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi. Details will be shared before your arrival and can also be found in our guest book.

Q: Can I use the kitchen?

A: Absolutely! Our kitchen is stocked with essential cooking items so you can enjoy a home-cooked meal.

Q: How do I access shared facilities like the gym or pool?

A: One key fob is provided per reservation for shared facilities. We suggest coordinating visits with your group, as we cannot provide additional fobs.

House Rules: Parties, Noise, and Pets

Q: Can I throw a party?

A: We love celebrations, but to ensure peace and quiet for everyone, parties aren’t allowed. Please be mindful of noise, especially after 10:00 PM.

Q: Are pets allowed?

A: As much as we adore furry friends, our properties are pet-free to ensure a comfortable experience for all guests.

Q: What happens if there’s an issue during my stay?

A: If anything goes wrong, just let us know! We’ll resolve the issue promptly or find an alternative solution.

Liability and Safety

Q: Is the host responsible for personal belongings?

A: While we prioritize your safety, we do not provide insurance for personal belongings. We recommend securing valuables or purchasing travel insurance.

Q: What about accidents or injuries?

A: We work hard to maintain a safe space but cannot assume liability for injuries. Please use the property responsibly and carefully.

 

Check-Out and Departure

Q: What should I do before checking out?

A: We kindly ask that you leave the property tidy—please dispose of trash and place used towels in the laundry basket. No need to strip the beds!

Q: Can I leave my luggage after check-out?

A: Unfortunately, we don’t offer luggage storage at this time. If you have a later flight, nearby luggage storage services are available.

Q: What if I leave something behind?

A: If you forget an item, reach out to us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to return it to you at your expense.

 

Payments and Discounts

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept all major credit cards and bank transfers. Payment details will be provided during the booking process.

Q: Do you offer discounts for longer stays?

A: Yes! We offer discounted rates for stays longer than 7 or 30 days. Reach out for more details on current offers.

 

Property Features

Q: What amenities are included?

A: All properties come with high-speed Wi-Fi, fresh linens, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, and a local guide with nearby recommendations.

Q: Is smoking allowed?

A: No smoking is allowed anywhere on the premises. Additional cleaning fees apply if smoking is detected.

Q: What should I do if something breaks?

A: Please let us know right away if something breaks during your stay. We’ll handle repairs promptly.

A: After your stay, you’ll receive an email inviting you to leave a review. We love hearing about your experience and appreciate your feedback!

Q: What if there’s nearby construction?

A: Occasionally, construction may occur nearby, but we are not always notified in advance. Unfortunately, we cannot offer compensation for such events beyond our control.
